📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning systems, including chillers, compressors, and condensers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician (RAC) or similar.
• Familiarity with HVAC software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with energy management systems and building automation systems is a plus.
