📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate medical care and emergency treatment to patients in critical conditions.
- Assess and triage patients based on the severity of their injuries or illnesses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide ongoing care until they are stable or transferred to another department.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated and effective emergency response.
- Participate in continuous learning and skill development to stay updated with the latest medical advancements.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related medical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency nursing or critical care.
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or similar emergency response certification.
- Proficiency in using emergency response software and medical equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Valid nursing license and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
