Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Manage and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Work closely with the General Manager and corporate team to achieve store and company objectives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the store's performance and profitability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and other relevant software.
  • Passion for the pizza industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
