📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and damages.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities and inventory.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
