📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.

Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

Provide feedback to employees on their training progress.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Report on training activities and outcomes to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.

Must be willing to travel for training purposes.
