📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the product team.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving technical documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry.,Strong writing and communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical content.
