📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the workplace.,Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and employee performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed successfully.,Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.,Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings, training sessions, and other events.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
