📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize the wave soldering process to ensure high-quality and efficient production.,Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in the soldering process.,Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in wave soldering techniques and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the wave soldering process with other production stages.,Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the wave soldering process.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wave soldering operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in wave soldering and SMT manufacturing.,Strong understanding of soldering principles, materials, and processes.,Proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing defects.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with SMT equipment and software is a plus.,Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is preferred.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
