📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
