Oversee the design and construction of luxury hospitality and commercial projects in Bali.,Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into project designs.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to ensure construction quality.,Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential architecture, with a focus on luxury hospitality and commercial projects.,Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in Bali.,Proficiency in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
