Oxydata Software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior L3 Security / SOC Lead to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response to security incidents.,Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect our systems and data.,Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, phishing attacks, and other cyber threats.,Provide security awareness training to employees to promote a culture of security.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the security of our systems and data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and apply this knowledge to our security strategy.,Report to senior management on the status of our security posture and any potential risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC operations.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.,Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or IBM QRadar.,Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and virtual private networks (VPNs).,Experience with incident response and forensics.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
