📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Medical Tower Project Office,Ensuring the successful delivery of the project within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters,Managing and mentoring a team of project staff and contractors,Developing and implementing project strategies and plans,Monitoring project performance and reporting to stakeholders,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices,Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in project management, healthcare, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector,Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices,Familiarity with project management software and tools
