📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify any issues and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Ability to travel to different locations as required by the job.
