📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze reports to track procurement activities and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, principles, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
