📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized nursing station.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges.,Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Active professional nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
