Toko Kirana Health Center is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development of performance management systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and e-learning platforms is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
