IRIS Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Warehouse Staff to manage and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Oversee inventory control, stock management, and warehouse organization.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Train and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.,Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
