📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
