In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our products, packaging, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and develop graphic designs for products, packaging, and marketing materials,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and visual style,Manage and mentor junior designers,Ensure all designs meet quality standards and deadlines,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Present and pitch design concepts to the team and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field,3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and packaging,Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Creative and innovative thinking,Familiarity with print and digital design principles
