📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise data analysis projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business goals.,Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control processes.,Create and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.,Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.,Mentor and train junior data analysts in data analysis techniques and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations is a plus.
