📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the fleet management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with drivers and fleet maintenance staff to schedule and manage vehicle services and repairs.,Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to optimize fleet performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities.,Provide support to the fleet manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all fleet management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
