Sun Go Group is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Kuningan, Jawa Barat, or from home. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Write user manuals, API references, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information and provide feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with software documentation tools and formats (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Word).,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Understanding of software development processes and concepts.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
