📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
