This is a full-time position located in Taman Sari, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary between Rp 11.000.000 and Rp 19.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure the quality, safety, and consistency of all food products.,Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Create and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to create and implement new recipes and menu items.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
