📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and provide them with necessary information.,Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.,Handle front desk transactions, such as check-in, check-out, and billing.,Assist with reservations and room assignments.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
