Freelance Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) Officer

You will also be expected to monitor and report on safety incidents, and work closely with our management team to identify and mitigate potential hazards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Provide training and education to employees on health and safety best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety incidents and near-misses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with management to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans for specific projects or tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE/K3 Officer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and national health and safety laws.
• Proven ability to conduct safety inspections, develop safety protocols, and provide training to employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and software, such as SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Valid certification in health and safety, such as SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) or equivalent.
