📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with trusted mechanics and service providers.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other relevant information.,Participate in regular fleet reviews and meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
