📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and follow up on previous interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in creating and updating marketing materials and scripts for telemarketing campaigns.,Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
