📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in coordinating and managing production schedules and workflows,Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to quality standards,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials,Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports,Support the production manager in implementing process improvements,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Minimum 2 years of experience in production or related roles,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
