📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in meal planning and preparation.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production.

Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in quality control checks to maintain food quality.

Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a similar role.

Proven track record of working in a healthcare or hospital setting.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements.

Valid food handler's certificate.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
