📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate compliance issues.
• Ensure that all J&T Cargo operations in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and litigations.
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential business partners and transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to other departments on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal counsel or corporate compliance roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international regulations related to logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with contract management software such as DocuSign or PandaDoc.
• Certification in corporate compliance or legal risk management is a plus.
