As an ERP Consultant, you’ll work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify potential clients, then lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the value of our cloud-based ERP solutions. Our manufacturing clients range from small to medium-sized enterprises, and your expertise will be crucial in helping them achieve their business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and qualify potential clients within the manufacturing sector, presenting the benefits of our cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead the implementation process for our cloud ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation phase.
• Optimize and customize our cloud ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing clients.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively use our ERP solutions.
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure our ERP solutions are continuously improved and updated.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP and manufacturing sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP consulting, sales, or implementation, with a strong focus on manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience with cloud-based ERP solutions, preferably with Oracle NetSuite or SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in ERP consulting or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
