📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Process payroll using systems like Payroll Plus and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Payroll Plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
